flowers...
my beautiful zygo is flowering again. it is a special plant because it was my Granny's plant before she passed away, every time it flowers i think of her fondly and smile

owl baby quilt
my friend's sister is having a baby soon and my friend asked if i could make her a small wall hanging to give to her sister...
they aren't saying if the baby is a boy or a girl, so i decided to use neutral colors, and i have left room at the top so that i can add the baby's name (once we know what it is!)
i used the owl applique pattern from "Quilts and More" Spring 2011 edition
